Coex Vina is pleased to announce a public Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the selection of a contractor for booth & OR construction services across our 2026 exhibitions in Vietnam. This is a formal invitation to all qualified and experienced contractors to participate in the bidding process.
🔨 Project Overview:
- Project Title: Selection of a Contractor for the Booth & OR Construction of Coex Vietnam Exhibitions in 2026
- Scope: Design, build, manage, and dismantle both standard & upgrade booths and organizer requirements (OR) for exhibitions at SECC (Ho Chi Minh City) and VEC (Hanoi)
- Total Scale: As specified in the RFQ document
- Project Period: From contract signing to December 31, 2026
🏗️ Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in constructing 70+ shell scheme booths in a single exhibition (within past 2 years)
- Registered or qualified contractor for SECC and VEC
- No bankruptcy or receivership within the past year
- Mandatory participation in the briefing session to be eligible for bidding

- Briefing Session: 2pm, 2nd February, 2026 (Required for bidding eligibility)
